Bismi Customer Service Desk was started set up on 2010 to provide comprehensive technical assistance in product demonstration/installations, services and repair so as to create a pleasing environment for customers and employees alike. In fact, each customer receives individual attention and their product is taken in for repairs only after a thorough understanding of its technical problems.

The Customer Service Desk operates under a centralized Administrative wing and has its own in-house multi-line CALL CENTRE dedicated with trained and courteous manpower assisting customers during every stage of the service. At every stage Bismi ensures maximum customer satisfaction.
